Why don't Rendin experts go on the spot to document the property damage?

  • Updated

As Rendin's experts' task is to work with cases based on the evidence provided, our focus isn't on visiting rental homes and documenting the damage there.

The landlord has the right to engage construction and/or cleaning experts of one's choice to assess the damage. Service providers must be able to issue invoices and quotes; the cost of the services ordered shouldn't exceed the market average. In the case of damage to furniture or appliances that can't be repaired, it is the landlord's role to determine the damage amount. This can be determined by an existing purchase receipt or by looking for a similar replacement item in a suitable shop.
