What if the tenant's pet has caused damage to the property?

  • Updated

The tenant is responsible for their pet's behaviour. If something has happened, the tenant should inform the landlord about the problem as soon as possible and find out what to do next and how to compensate the damage.

Usually, the parties agree that the tenant will fix the damage independently. The alternative is financial compensation.

If no compromise is reached, the case will proceed to Rendin's experts.
