To sign a rental agreement in Rendin, one must:
- Have an Estonian ID code. You can get one in Tallinn, Tartu and other local municipalities.
- The tenant must have a stable income or financial means which allow covering living costs. As the first step, the tenant should fill in their information here. After this, they should contact our customer service at info@rendin.co. Income can be proven by sending us an employment contract or a bank statement. Usually, we give our answer in a couple of hours.
If somewhy we have to turn your candidacy down (we are bound by the terms required by our insurance partner) or you do not categorize under these requirements, you can sign a rental agreement outside our platform.
