No, Rendin does not have the functionality to add multiple landlords to one agreement.
In such a case, the two landlords should sign a authorization agreement between each other outside of our platform that allows one of the landlords to legally manage the property. This information can also be added into the agreement in the special terms category if deemed necessary.
If both of the landlords want access to the signed rental agreement, this can be obtained if one of the landlords creates the agreement and adds the other one as a landlord into the agreement. Both the agreement creator and the person who is assigned landlord can see the agreement and manage it with similar permissions.
