Rendin’s service fee is 4% of the monthly rent. It is paid monthly, until the end of the rental agreement. For example: if the rent for one month is €500, then Rendin’s fee is €20 per month.
The service fee is paid by either the landlord, the tenant or the fee may be split equally between both parties. The party(ies) responsible for paying the service fee should be specified in the agreement.
Rendin will send the service fee invoice for the current month to the payer(s) at the beginning of each calendar month, and it must be paid no later than the 15th.
