Rendin’s service fee is 2.5% of the monthly rent. For example: if the rent for one month is €500, then Rendin’s fee is €12.50 per month. It is paid monthly, until the end of the rental agreement. The invoice will be sent to the tenant’s e-mail on at the beginning each month (with due date of 15th).
We recommend setting up a standing order via internet bank. This automatically transfers each month according to the selected date. This is a highly convenient solution if the invoiced amount is the same each time.
