Yes - it is possible, provided that the person has an Estonian identity code (isikukood) or obtains one by the time of signing the contract.
As people with a new ID code do not pass our automatic background check because their credit history is too recent, we would like to see a couple of documents to perform a manual background check:
1) a copy of their passport
2) a copy of an employment contract showing:
- name of the employer
- job title
- length of the employment contract
