It’s easy to make a secure rental agreement with Rendin. However, you should also follow some important steps to secure a trouble-free rental experience.
- Check, with whom are you concluding the agreement? Although background checks are performed automatically and quickly in the Rendin app, it is always worth checking – just in case – whether the tenant signing the rental agreement, is the same person on which the background check was performed. Take a look at the tenant's documents before signing.
- Complete the deed of handing over the property with care. The second most important document after the rental agreement, is the deed of handover and acceptance of the property. It maps the condition of the rental space at the time it is handed over and is therefore the main piece of evidence in case of a disagreement between the tenant and the landlord. With our app you can complete the deed digitally, and it is easy and convenient. Do this as thoroughly as possible.
- Go through who will pay for what. Our app has a convenient function to determine, in detail, who is responsible for which costs related to the rental space. Discuss all ongoing costs with the tenant and agree upon who will pay for what. That’s how you avoid potential disputes.
