Rent and utility bills are not paid through the Rendin platform. The date(s) of the bill payments must be fixed in the rental agreement. Option 1) Send utility bills as a single bill on a specific date each month with a payment deadline, or 2) Send each utility bill separately, as they come. If there are delays in payments, Rendin must also be notified.
We create an invoice for Rendin’s service and issue it to either the landlord or the tenant, according to their agreement.
